Ombuds Progam

The Maine Association of Mediators is pleased to announce that it has created an Ombuds Program. The principal purpose of the Program is to provide individuals and entities with a process to raise, address and attempt to resolve issues or concerns that arise in connection with the services provided to them by a mediator or facilitator who is a Member of the Association.

The Ombuds Process, including the parameters and requirements of the Process and the way in which it is initiated, is described in the following document.  OMBUDS PROCESS
