The Maine Association of Mediators is pleased to present this Forcible Entry and Detainer (FED) Training for mediators who are interested in learning more about mediating evictions and/or joining the CADRES FED roster. This session will satisfy the first and second part of the requirement of training or background in Maine Forcible Entry & Detainer law to provide eligibility to apply for the CADRES FED Roster. Mediators already on the CADRES FED Roster wanting to brush up on their skills or learn about new developments in this area of the law also may benefit from this training. 

Presenters will include Erica Veazey, Mitchel J. Roberge, Esq. and Karen Tucker Knox, Mediator, FED Roster. 

Facilitators will be John Lemieux and Travis Humphrey.
