 Connie L. Rakowsky is a mediator, AAA arbitrator, and, formerly, a general business and insolvency lawyer for 26 years in NH. After lawyering, she was an Executive Director of a federally funded legal aid organization for about 7 years. While managing and practicing law, Connie was mediating part time since 2000. Since 2016, she has exclusively provided neutral services. Connie has mediated hundreds of disputes to successful completion, privately and via various panels, in the areas of contract, real estate, business, debt, bankruptcy, trusts and estates, agricultural matters, nonprofit, tax and regulatory, among others.
