Join MAM for an interactive discussion to consider the many ways boundaries are encountered in mediation in our post-pandemic practice. Whether observing boundaries in our professional practice, our personal boundaries, or the boundaries of the other parties in mediation, many of us agree it is time to reflect on best practices around the boundary issues that show up at the table (whether in person or virtual).

MAM Study Groups provide an opportunity for members and other dispute resolution service providers to think critically about their practice in a small group environment and learn from the wisdom of others. Organized to address topics and skills of interest to dispute resolution professionals, our Study Groups utilize experiential exercises, role plays, presentations, panel discussions, and group conversation to promote ongoing learning and professional development.
