Mediation Study Group: Working with Power and Influence in Mediation (Part 2): Mediator’s Strategies, Tools, and Skill Building

In this study group, we will take a deeper dive into power and control imbalances and issues in mediation and how mediators can use their influence and skills as third-party neutrals to assist parties, if possible.
