In light of the recent Domestic Violence in mediation trainings by MAM and CADRES, MAM will provide a forum to address the broader issue of power and control imbalances in various types of mediation, from small claims to family mediation, agricultural to commercial. Pam Waite, Karen Groat, and Erin Clough will give a brief presentation followed by small group discussions of how to recognize the issues in mediation and how to apply skills to our own practices.
