Brown Bag Lunch Seminar on Probate Court Mediation Initiatives, Thursday, May 2nd, 12:00 to 1:30 PM at the University of Maine School of Law in the Middle Classroom, Portland. DIRECTIONS
This program will be a panel discussion of recent initiatives and the benefits of introducing mediation into probate court matters and the unique attributes of mediation in probate matters.
Panelists include:
Paul Aranson, Judge of Probate, former Cumberland County District Attorney
Deirdre M. Smith, Director of the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic, Professor of Law
Peter W. Schroeter, Chair of the Maine State Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and a past President of the Maine Association Of Mediators
