I bring a diverse set of skills and experience to mediation. This includes my formal education (BS Electrical Engineering and an MBA) and my 30+ years in my career. I listen well and explain things clearly. I have strong empathy skills which help me connect with people, while my optimism keeps me focused on solutions. I love helping others, which drives me to guide people toward resolution. I’m a pragmatic problem-solver, cutting through complexity with a practical approach. Patience, built through projects I led and life experience. My life experience provided me with strong emotional intelligence to manage group dynamics.
