Background
I have over 30 years of experience working with companies, investors and creditors in resolving disputes around financial commitments and ownership of assets, including valuation of these assets. I founded Windsor Associates in 2002 and have negotiated hundreds of settlement, forbearance and modification agreements on behalf of clients in resolving disputes involving repayment of loan obligations, lease terms and purchase and sale agreements and contract disputes among other things. I served on the Zoning Board of Appeals in Cape Elizabeth, Maine including as chairman from 2011 - 2014 hearing disputes involving resident property rights and requested variances of current zoning ordinances; Very adept at developing market to market analysis of competing assets, creating out of the box solutions to competing parties interests. Outstanding people skills and synthesizing issues of disagreement thereby assisting parties to express alternative solutions and options to diffuse tense situations.
