Background
Both as an attorney and as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) practitioner, I have over 35 years of experience helping clients, families, parties in conflict (business or otherwise), and groups reach fair and workable resolutions over a wide variety of issues. Presently, I am mediating cases statewide via Zoom privately and in addition serve on several rosters of the Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Service (CADRES). Also, I am certified as a mediator and arbitration panel member for FINRA Dispute Resolution arbitrations, involving securities issues. Member, Board of Governors of Maine Association of Mediators; and Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Maine Bar Association.
