We’re excited to invite you to an upcoming Social & Networking Gathering. MAM is stepping away from Zoom and coming together in person!

This is a chance to catch up, meet new colleagues, and enjoy some informal time together outside of our usual virtual space.

Facilitated by Sharon McMahon Sawyer, J.D., LL.M. who recently retired from her position as Associate Professor of Justice Studies and Coordinator of the Mediation Certificate at the University of Maine at Augusta. She has taught mediation and conflict resolution courses over the past ten years and has mediated a wide range of conflicts, including intergenerational family disputes, consumer issues, and business relationships.

Peace in the world starts with knowing ourselves and being open and curious about others. This book offers simple (but not easy) steps to resolving intrapersonal conflict. I hope you attend both sessions to share your thoughts on the book with the group, but if you can't attend both, try to attend at least one session. I hope you can join us!
