In view of the current circumstances, I am offering mediations via video conferencing. Although in person mediations are ideal, we have had success. There are no additional costs to participate via video conferencing other than the mediation fee for services rendered.
I have been practicing for over 19 years in the areas of family law (divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, parent-child contact, child support and division of marital assets and debts), probate matters and personal injury cases. An essential aspect of my practice is advocating for my clients at mediations as well as serving as an impartial mediator. As a litigator, I understand the importance and control people can achieve by attending mediation rather than engaging in protracted, expensive and bitter litigation. I have extensive experience working with both represented and self-represented individuals to achieve resolutions at mediation. My experiences in the courtroom as aa tenacious advocate for my clients (in addition to helping them achieve their goals at mediation), serving as a mediator, and my relationships with my colleagues provides me the insight, knowledge and tools to help both the represented and unrepresented individual navigate their case to a final resolution at mediation.
When life returns to normal, I will hold mediations at my office in Lewiston and will also travel. Fee arrangements vary. Please contact me for more information. Thank you and I look forward to working with you.
